Children’s Theater Workshop in Partnership with
Little Friends School in Sunnyside:

The workshop was based on the story, Sultan the Cat by Berioska Ipinza, Children learned about the relationship between the different communities living in Sunnyside. They learned about the role responsibility plays in their personal lives and how to solve conflicts in a creative way. This workshop introduced basic Spanish through creative theater games and activities. The workshop closed with a final performance open to the community in which children will put into practice the skills that they have learned.
